I retired after working 15 years for a local Church in Katy, TX as a Financial administrator/ Hospitality Manager. I also worked 24 years for Bank of America. In addition to my full-time jobs, I've done everything from wedding cakes to catering over the past 40 years but now I'm here to make a mark on your heart with recipes inspired by my childhood in individual sized portions from mini pies to cookies, and all things Charcuterie! I've been doing Charcuterie for over 31 years.
Its not a new fad its been around for decades. Let me create something worthy of talking about for you and your guest!
